1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Online Pooja Booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to pandit availability for the requested date and location.
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment and coordinator confirmation call.
- You must provide accurate contact details, address, and puja requirements.
- We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.
3. Payment Terms
- A partial advance (as communicated by the coordinator) is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance is due immediately after the puja is completed.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices for samagri, if not included in the package, are payable separately and directly to the pandit.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 48+ hours before puja: Full refund of advance payment.
- 24–48 hours before puja: 50% refund of advance payment.
- Less than 24 hours: No refund. Credit valid for 6 months toward a future booking.
- Cancellations initiated by us (pandit unavailability, force majeure): Full refund within 5–7 business days.
5. Service Scope
We are a booking and coordination platform. The puja services are performed by independent certified pandits. We are responsible for pandit matching, coordination, and quality assurance — not for the religious outcomes of the ritual.
6. User Responsibilities
- Ensure the puja venue is clean, accessible, and has the required space.
- Be present or have a representative present at the start of the puja.
- Treat the assigned pandit with respect.
- Inform us at least 48 hours in advance of any changes to requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
